An Eventful month for the Dead Empire, When the poorest member of your band
suddenly becomes the guy with the most money,
you know things are screwed up haha.
Besides 2 redundancies and a suspension, good things are happening.
TWO BIG shows coming up. We will be raising money for the RYTHMIX
at our show with Idiom on the 20th of may.
The next one is a secret for now:D

Things have been swimming along nicely for us at the moment, the haunt gig went
very well, the gig sold out and we played to 350 people, with more still trying to pile
through the doors!!
A day later, we played to an awesome crowd at the ivy in sheerness and met
some amazing bands and made lots of friends along the way.
We took on a good friend as our manager, please welcome Brian Roe!
We have amped up our stage show with much bigger energy and are
rocking it harder than ever.

Dead Empire are going to be doing our first ever LIVE radio show!!
You can expect to hear 7 live songs being played on air!!
Interviews, taking message's and phone calls!!
Plus hearing a few songs that songs have influenced us.

Last night was MASSIVE, the energy; off the chart! an outstanding crowd and our best performance to date! we had the lot vomiting, crowd surfing, moshing and drunk dads givin it large!
we have so much respect for you all; thank you for making our EP launch such a brilliant night.

it will be held at the Prince Albert pub in Brighton (a favourate of the late John Peel),

Brightona festival turned out to be a huge success and a huge bunch of laughs, not only did we manage to accidently offend a couple of natives, we played a blistering set so heavy that our bassist broke all his low strings; and they want us back for a wedding..go figure.
Next gig is OXJAM 'the headbangers hope'! its on the 22nd of october at the HOPE in brighton. lots of great bands playing, with 'vier' headlining.

We're playing the Volks on Sunday at 6pm. Brightona is an awesome show. 1000's of bikers from all over the country and abroad descend on on Brighton for a day of great music, great atmosphere and a great charity.
It's free to get into the event. If you can come down earlier and enjoy the show then please do. Fingers crossed the weather with hold up!
